Delivery & returns
Personalised mugs, printed by Sandycroft Workwear Ltd.
Free UK delivery
Our 11oz ceramic photo mugs cost £15 each including VAT, with free UK delivery in 1–2 working days. Your mug is made from the artwork you approve before adding it to your basket. Every fourth mug is free automatically; you can mix different designs.
Your approved design
Check the photo, spelling, colours and both sides before approving your mug. If you need to change or cancel a paid order, contact us as soon as possible so we can check whether printing has started.
Personalised items
Mugs made with your own photo or wording are personalised to your specifications. The usual change-of-mind return right does not apply to these products. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of consumer law.
A problem with your order?
Email support@pickledodo.uk with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us investigate damage or a printing issue. We will explain the appropriate refund, replacement or return arrangements. Where we are responsible for a fault or incorrect item, we cover the necessary return costs.
